Inclusive Leadership Forum Topic: Identifying barriers to inclusion
Leaders will:
- Examine case studies to practice inclusive leadership skills and identify best practices for responding to incidents of bias and exclusion.
- Consider what to do differently in scenarios and ways to proactively prevent similar situations from occurring in their teams.
