Are you curious about entrepreneurship as a career path? The Molecule Maker Lab institute is hosting an “Entrepreneurship Showcase Panel” on April 30th from 11:30AM-12:30 pm CST (with FREE LUNCH!) in 1030 NCSA. Join in person or virtually to hear from talented and accomplished individuals who will be discussing their journeys from academia to entrepreneurship and their motivations for pursuing their career path:
- Jed Taylor: Executive Director of the Technology Entrepreneur Center here at UIUC
- Earl St. Rose: Co-founder and COO of DevPro Biopharma
- Mike Foley: Chief Executive Officer, Deerfield Discovery & Development
- Susan Martinis: Vice Chancellor for Research & Innovation at UIUC & founding member of Cubist Pharmaceuticals.
- Chaitan Baru: Senior Advisor in the Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (TIP) Directorate at the National Science Foundation.
