The Equity & Inclusion Leadership Certificate (EILC) is a seven-month, co-curricular program designed to help Illinois undergraduates develop the knowledge, self-awareness, and leadership skills needed to engage across differences, foster belonging, and contribute to more just, inclusive, and civically engaged communities.
