Location: Meet at Museum of Grand Prairie classroom at Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve for a short talk from Natural Resources and Museum staff. Then we will move across the road to Buffalo Trace for seed collection 950 N Lombard St Mahomet, IL 61853

Views: 27; Help Champaign County Forest Preserves collect and reuse prairie seeds in our restoration work! Staff will guide you and answer questions. All ages welcome. Plan to be off trail for collecting. Wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. Check social media the morning of the event in case of weather cancellations.
