About This Session
This closing session brings participants together to reflect on their coaching dyad experiences and share insights gained through practicing coach-like conversations with a colleague.
Participants will have an opportunity to discuss what they learned, identify coaching approaches they found effective, and consider how these skills can be applied in their professional roles.

- Reflect on experiences and lessons learned from coaching dyads.
- Share effective coaching strategies and challenges encountered.
- Identify opportunities to apply coach-like skills in everyday professional interactions.
