This is a FREE 1-day Learn to Hunt: Deer (Advanced) workshop. This workshop is designed to teach new hunters: why, how, and where to hunt deer in Illinois. Advanced registration is REQUIRED. You must be 18 years or older to register. All activities will be completed in the field.

10:45 - Tree stand placement
12:00 - Lunch (Please bring your lunch)
12:30 - Hunting Strategies
1:15 - Tree stand placement (Participants will be divided into groups of 4-5 and tasked with scouting and hanging a treestand in a suitable area.)
2:45 - Tree stand activity critique and discussion (Groups will then be critiqued on setup location, shooting lanes, etc.)
3:15 - Blood tracking
4:00 - Q&A and Wrap-Up
