Are you currently developing a program and wondering how you are going to prove its impact? Did you inherit a program with no evaluation tools? Wondering what you are supposed to submit to get the grant application renewed? Or do you simply want to survey your clients to better plan for the year ahead. This workshop will discuss how to identify performance measures within your own program and the assortment of data collection tools at your fingertips to help evaluate your programs. Survey research, focus groups, and interviewing will all be covered in this two-hour workshop. Participants are encouraged to bring a program or logic model they are currently tackling to use as an example in class.
