Seminar title - Moving from “ought” to “is”: evidence-based soil health assessment

Abstract - “Soil health” is a term that unites many different stakeholders—from researchers to policymakers to farmers—yet very few are certain how to measure if our soil health is getting better or worse (or staying the same). Many current methods and approaches are poorly or inconsistently linked to either agronomic or environmental outcomes. So how can we measure soil health reliably across differing soil types? And how can we ensure that we are moving towards our shared goals?

There will be time for interacting with the speakers after the presentation.
