Reforming the Supreme Court?

Critics of the Supreme Court have proposed various reforms including term limits for the justices, a code of ethics, new recusal rules, additional justices, jurisdiction stripping, and supermajority voting requirements. Are these proposals desirable? Are they constitutional? On the first day of the Court’s new term, join a panel of faculty experts to hear whether the Supreme Court needs to be reformed and, if so, how to go about it.
