Please join the EU Center this Halloween for a screening of the 2008 Swedish vampire film, "Let the Right One In" ("Låt den rätte komma in"). Theo Malekin, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Germanic Languages & Literatures, will give brief opening remarks.
Directed by Tomas Alfredson based on a novel by John Ajvide Lindqvist, "Let the Right One In" tells the story of the friendship between a bullied boy and a child vampire, Eli. Watch the trailer here (external link).
Everyone is encouraged to come in costume, and there will be a prize for the student with the best costume. Refreshments will be served after the film.
