Exploring and Contemplating College in Prison -

Chelsea Catt will be delivering a talk based on her dissertation research titled "Exploring and Contemplating College in Prison."

For those new to the Center for Writing Studies, graduate research forums are events in which PhD candidates deliver lectures based upon their research to those in our CWS community. Not only are these talks necessary prerequisites for those earning a writing studies concentration with their degrees, but historically, students have used these GRF talks as test runs for the academic job market or as opportunities to solicit critical feedback from peers on their work.

An abstract for Chelsea's GRF talk and a bio are featured below, and a corresponding flyer is attached to this e-mail. Feel free to circulate widely, and let me know if you have any questions about this event.
