Please join us in honoring Martha-Victoria Jimenez as our Alum of the Year award recipient and welcoming Mario Treto, Jr. as our keynote speaker. All are welcome to attend.
Starting January 3, 2022, per the City of Chicago Vaccine Requirement, The Mid-America Club will require all patrons entering The Mid-America Club, 5 years old and older present proof of vaccination (digital, paper, photocopy) from Covid-19; patrons 16 years old and older will need to show a photo ID as well. At this time booster shots are not required to enter the facility.
