Professor Kozo Yabe (LLM’94), a partner of Midosuji LPC Tokyo Office and the instructor of the College of Law’s Doing Business in Japan course, will discuss the landscape of innovation law in Japan and how that affects representing Japanese businesses. Coffee, tea, and pastries will be provided. Due to space constraints, JD, LLM, and MSL students must pre-register.
