As high-tech deals continue to fire on all cylinders, conglomerate mergers are drawing increased scrutiny from global regulatory enforcers. The types of economic tools used in conglomerate mergers differ from those used in horizontal mergers, and often require a range of remedies. The speakers will discuss some of the recent high stakes deals to explore these issues from a global perspective, especially China.
