Lawyers are zealous advocates for their clients, but their advocacy is bound by the rules of the legal profession. Those rules, and attendant norms, limit the claims lawyers may bring, the arguments they may make, and how they advocate. This symposium examines the intersection of advocacy and professionalism in multiple contexts.

5.00 hours of Illinois MCLE credit pending approval, including 1.75 hours of general credit and 3.25 hours of professional responsibility credit.

Registration is required.
