College of Law Homecoming: All Alumni Virtual Gathering

5:00 p.m.
Homecoming Weekend is traditionally a time for our alumni to return to the College of Law for reconnection and celebration. Hugs and handshakes abound, memories are shared around tables at meals, and alumni across all generations are invited to reconnect with the campus we all love.
However, due to the uncertain nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to forego holding an in-person celebration this fall.
While we will not be gathering physically, we are planning several virtual activities to take place that will allow alumni to engage with the College and each other, from the comfort and safety of their homes. A tentative schedule is below:
5:00 p.m. – Happy hour with James Tutson and the Rollback Band
5:25 p.m. – I-L-L toast from current students
5:30 p.m. – College of Law CLE: "SHIELD, TARGET, TEST, TELL - A Legal Framework of the University of Illinois' Saliva Testing Platform" (This course is approved for 1.00 Illinois MCLE general credit hours.)
6:30 p.m. – Remarks from Dean Amar
6:40 p.m. – Football Center tour with Nisar Qureshi
7:00 p.m. – Closing remarks and open conversation
