Join CS SOS and the Illinois Leadership Center to discuss strategies for developing Grit & Growth Mindset.
The concepts of grit and growth mindset involve thinking about ways to re-frame difficult situations and to exhibit resilience and perseverance to obtain long-term goals. In this workshop, participants will learn how to build their grit and develop a growth mindset to work towards completing their long-term goals.
This event will include interactive activities and breakout sessions. CS advising and CS RSO leaders will join for CS specific insights. The Grit & Growth Mindset workshop will not be recorded.
