The CS Mental Health Committee is hosting a postcard drive to donate funds to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. The Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a key national resource and answers millions of calls annually from people in crisis. Help us support them during the pandemic!

Postcards can be sent to anywhere in the United States and to anyone. Additionally, we offer the option for you to send a postcard with a pre-written message to a nursing home. This is a great way to keep in touch with loved ones who are far away or send someone a reminder of how much you care about them.
Postcard messages can be in any form, such as a letter, a video, etc. Please provide us a link with which we can generate a QR code to attach to the postcard.

Steps:
1.) Craft a message (video, google doc, etc.) for friends and family, or choose from one of our pre-written letters for nursing homes
2.) Fill out the form at go.csmhcillinois.com/postcard with your details and a link to your message
3.) Venmo @ananyacleetus with your donation
4.) We’ll send your message or QR code to your recipient and email you when it’s on its way!
5.) Support Suicide Prevention Awareness Month and connect with distant friends!
