Sexual Harassment Law 101

Sexual Harassment Law 101 is a brief survey course that will provide students with a solid introduction and deeper critical analysis of essential Constitutional rights, statutes, regulations, and case law, including foundational U.S. Supreme Court cases, related to the laws governing workplace sexual harassment in this country.
