Registration is now open for Euro Challenge! The Euro Challenge (https://www.euro-challenge.org) is a competition for high school students to learn about the European Union and the euro and to propose policies tackling the EU's economic challenges. This is a fun experience that allows students to design solutions for real-world issues and to boost their research, public speaking, data analysis, and teamwork skills. No prior knowledge about economics or the EU is required. All participants will receive certificates, and finalists will receive monetary prizes. 9th and 10th graders from all schools in the U.S. and Canada may participate, and 11th and 12th graders from Title I schools may also participate.
The European Union Center will host a virtual orientation for interested teachers on Wednesday, January 12, 5-7 P.M. CST. Please register here: https://illinois.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZItde-gpzItGNEC__srUdy3HlFyfOH7tXuX
