Join us for Startup Café featuring Brandon Yates, CEO of DeepWalk, as he presents, “Founding a Tech Startup: 50 Mistakes and 3 Wins.” Brandon is a University of Illinois alumni and cofounder of DeepWalk. He will discuss what went right and what went wrong in the 4 years preceding their $1.4M seed round. He focuses on a series of minor and not-so-minor mistakes that could have been easily avoided and the fundamental things that they got right.
