2020 Big Ten Academic Alliance Women in IT Virtual Conference
We are excited to host the second annual BTAA WIT virtual conference, "Leadership in a Culture of Constant Change." Last year’s conference, Lead from Where You Are, engaged more than 600 attendees: 331 unique log-ins and 275 face-to-face attendees at 28 “watch party” locations.
WIT at Illinois and the IT Leadership Community will host watch parties on each campus (see below). The conference is free and all are welcome to attend.

Disruption as an Opportunity
Disruption is a constant presence in our lives, and can stem from forces in our professional and personal worlds. Join a group of women leaders in educational technology as they discuss the ways that disruption has created opportunities for reflection, learning, growth, and humor in their lives and careers. Audience questions and engagement will be an active part of this session.

Leadership Superpowers
Big Ten CIOs Michele Norin (Rutgers) and Lois Brooks (Wisconsin) will discuss their leadership superpowers, specifically how they discovered, developed and rely on them.
