Microsoft Project 2016 Level 1 is designed for someone with an understanding of project management concepts who is responsible for reading, modifying or creating project plans. Attendees will become familiar with the new interface and features of Project 2016 including multiple timelines, resource engagements, Tell Me, and themes. Upon completion of the course attendees will be able to create and modify project plans and calendars, enter task and resource information, assign task dependencies, create work breakdown structures, assign resources to tasks, identify and resolve allocation issues, display the project critical path, take baselines and share plans.
Prerequisite: Familiarity with Windows, word processing concepts; practical Project Management experience
