Join us on Tuesday, November 17th from 12-1pm to hear from Jack Marck, the managing director of the Illinois AgTech Accelerator. The Illinois AgTech Accelerator will launch its first cohort in January. In partnership with gener8tor, it has kicked off the selection process for the first cohort of 5 companies under the gBeta banner. The program, while officially hosted in the Research Park, will likely be mostly a remote cohort. Applications are being accepted until November 30.
About the speaker: Jack Marck is the managing director of the Illinois AgTech Accelerator. In this role, Marck will run gBETA AgTech and gener8tor AgTech, two new accelerator programs designed to help agtech startups grow and raise venture capital. Most recently, Jack was a Product Engineer and Product Manager at Nutrien, and before that worked for Agrible, a venture-backed startup that was acquired by Nutrien. Jack is an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
