Join the Data Science User Group from 12-1PM on Friday, April 2. For our April meetup, we are excited to welcome Kirsten Skogerson who leads the Competitive Intelligence Team for the Science, Competitor & IP Intelligence Team in Bayer Crop Science. Kirsten will be presenting on Bayer's Big Data Patent Analytics Platform. An overview of the project and platform provide an illustration of digital transformation in the agriculture industry presented from the perspective of a non-data scientist who frequently partners with data scientists and has experience leading data science-driven projects. The meetup will be hosted online via Zoom.
Please RSVP for the event at the CU-DSUG Meetup Page.
The aim of the user group is to build a community of interest around data science to foster learning, collaboration, and networking. The group will serve both students and professionals to bridge the gap between the analytical sciences and practical applications of industry.
Anyone is invited and included, from undergraduate students (or younger!) to seasoned professionals. There is no requirement for admission, only an interest in learning more about data science.
