in·clu·siv·i·ty

noun

the practice or policy of including people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized, such as those who have physical or mental disabilities and members of minority groups.

In light of the global pandemic and recent events, we want to highlight problems that disproportionately affect people because of their age, gender, race, class, sexuality, disability or minority status within our community and around the world.

Now more than ever, it is our responsibility to think deeply about the problems affecting our communities and come up with novel solutions that promote equality of opportunity and help include those that are included or marginalized.
