It’s time for the Annual Thanksgiving Meal Drive. The Office of Civic Life in support of the Big Give will be collecting donations to support over 1500 families in the Champaign-Urbana. Consider coordinating your office or organization to collect individual items or sponsor a complete holiday meal for a family.
How can you help us?
1. You can work with your staff, colleagues, department , or organization to collect items for a family's Thanksgiving Dinner. A meal per family includes (* cranberry sauce* 2 boxes of stuffing, * 2 packets of turkey gravy, * 2 packets of instant mashed potatoes, * 1 cake mix, and * a gift card to purchase a turkey)
2. You can work with staff, colleagues, department , or organization to collect non-perishable food items of any variety. These items will supplement the donations that will be distributed at Urbana Middle School.
3. Donate gift cards (generic visa or master card) or cash that will enable Stone Creek to supply familes with turkeys. Miniumum gift card amount is $25.
4. Volunteer to help with the collection, organizing , and delivery of donations.
Donations can be delivered to the Office of Civic Life, located at the University YMCA, 1001 W. Wright St. Rm 220 until November 10, 2023
