The eastern philosophy of non-duality has gained traction recently amongst those exploring spirituality. This complex concept, however, is discussed at an abstract level, and consequently made to seem unattainable or impractical in day-to-day life. The presenter shares her contemplation and ways in which she has managed to use the idea of non-duality in daily life and tries to connect it to psychology. The talk has nothing to do with religion.
