Join us in person or via Zoom for the launch of the Roger Ebert Center for Film Studies with opening remarks by Chaz Ebert and a video message from Martin Scorsese. The Roger Ebert Lecture will be presented at 4-5pm by Illinois alum Professor Mark Williams of Dartmouth College and director of the Media Ecology Project. At 6:15pm, watch a screening of Civil Rights Newsfilm selections and other films in the Media Ecology Project.
