The Spurlock Museum of World Cultures and the Russian, East European, and Eurasian Center (REEEC) at the University of Illinois are hosting a free, family-friendly Zoom program to celebrate Eastern European International Women’s Day. There will be crafts and short lessons on the Russian language, along with highlights from the Museum’s collection and a Russian story told by our resident storyteller and assistant director of education, Kim Sheahan Sanford. The first 25 families to register for the program will receive a goodie bag. Though the program is free, registration is required.
