The model of superfluid dark matter tries to address the problems of cold dark matter on small scales, while reproducing its success on large scales. In this talk I will review the model, based on the existence of sub-eV particles with repulsive self-interactions, which are able to generate a superfluid core in galaxies. Then, I will discuss its various phenomenological implications, including the behavior around black holes and dynamical friction.
