Faculty Development at CITL

This workshop introduces informal early feedback (IEF) as a proactive strategy for improving teaching and learning. Participants will explore how gathering student feedback before midterm can enhance engagement, clarify expectations, and foster inclusive learning environments. The session includes practical tools and templates for implementing IEF in various course formats.
