We are pleased to invite you to an exclusive Lunch & Learn event, held in collaboration with the Humanities Research Institute’s “Inside Scoop” series. Come have lunch with Professor Kalindi Vora (Yale University) on Thursday, February 27 at noon in the first-floor Lounge of the Campus Honors House.
Professor Vora is the author of Surrogate Humanity: Race, Robots, and the Politics of the Technological, among other publications. She works on artificial intelligence, the history of science and technology, and how ethnicity, race, gender, and migration affect our understanding and application of these disciplines. She is looking forward to discussing these ideas with you, and taking any questions you have about developments in these fields!
Lunch will be provided. As this event is exclusive to Chancellor’s Scholars, we ask you to REGISTER by Monday, February 24, 2025. When you register, you will secure your spot and place your lunch order.
