Are you interested in people, how people think and feel about other people, and how people think and feel about people thinking and feeling about people? This program will introduce you to the wide world of experimental social psychology, with an emphasis on how people make social and moral judgments by learning about or inferring the contents of others' minds.
Dr. Sean Laurent is an Assistant Professor of social psychology and the principal investigator of the Moral and Social Cognition Lab (MASCLab). He and his team study a number of topics related to what makes people good at getting into others’ heads, how people get into others’ heads, and the impacts of understanding others’ mental states and behaviors on social and moral judgments.
