We will discuss the vision for the 5G Innovation Hub and how to engage with the hub to innovate on 5G solutions for IoT devices, smart communities, agriculture, healthcare and other use cases. We will broadcast live remarks from Verizon executives and University of Illinois leadership including:

- Dr. Susan Martinis, Vice Chancellor of Research & Innovation, University of Illinois

Following the formal program and ribbon cutting which will be taking place onsite at EnterpriseWorks, we invite innovators from the Research Park to join us for a complimentary lunch on the patio of EnterpriseWorks (socially-distanced and masked). We will be featuring favorite dishes from local African-American owned restaurants. We will also offer tours of the 5G Innovation Hub; as people enjoy lunch, we will take small groups of 2-3 people through the space. You will also have the opportunity to meet Abhijit Kudrimoti, the new site lead for the Innovation Hub.
