The UIRP LLC BOM will meet remotely via Zoom on June 8, 2020 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Part of that will include a closed executive session.

All university sponsored events are cancelled or must be delivered in an online or remote format at this time. Per Gubernatorial Executive Order 7, the physical presence requirements and remote participation limitations of the OMA have been suspended. Public bodies are encouraged to postpone meetings where possible and if, a meeting is necessary, to provide video, audio, and/or telephone access to the meetings to the public.
The Research Park is governed by the University of Illinois Research Park LLC Board of Managers. All members of the Board of Managers are appointed by the University of Illinois Board of Trustees.
