The class will be led by certified yoga instructor, Jodi Adams. Jodi has been practicing yoga since 1991. No matter one's age or flexibility, she offers a practice to awaken strength, balance, and a mind/body connection. Please bring your own mat.
*Temperature checks will be conducted at the beginning of each session.
*No props, including mats, will be shared.
*Each participant needs to bring their own mat (or towel).
*Masks must properly be worn (over the nose) unless you are on your mat.
*There are no hands on adjustments by the instructor.
*Mats are spaced at least 6 feet apart.
*Waivers will be submitted electronically
