Our thriving campus research ecosystem is built on global collaboration. This event celebrates the strong bonds between academic innovation, state leadership and international partnership that continue to empower the next generation of Illinois engineers.
"A Chip Odyssey" is an epic documentary tracing Taiwan’s transformation into a global semiconductor leader — a journey that began half a century ago with bold bets and quiet builders who shaped the future. Following the film, guests are invited to stay for a Q&A session featuring leading experts in semiconductor research.
