Come and watch the Iranian comedy-romance movie No Men Allowed (Persian: ورود آقایان ممنوع) and enjoy Persian snacks! Released in 2011, this lively and clever film is directed by Rambod Javan and written by Peyman Ghasemkhani. It follows a strict principal at a private girls’ high school who strongly opposes men entering her school. When the chemistry teacher of the Olympiad class goes on maternity leave and no female substitute can be found, she is forced to hire a male teacher—the only option available. What follows is a series of humorous, unexpected, and touching moments as rules, beliefs, and relationships are challenged.
