Whether you're a researcher or a research administrator, you know that developing strong research proposals is a task-heavy process, with many parts and varied deadlines. To help you optimize your workflow, the PDO is offering a workshop in best practices for understanding what's involved and how to get it all done. Learn techniques for setting task priorities, improving communication between all those involved, and sharing responsibilities. As part of this session, the PDO will share its new task management process and provide reflections on our learning process in developing it.
