Uncover the narrative of the woman who molds not just steel, but also hearts. Meet Neide, the innovator at the helm of a metal/mechanical enterprise, who also manages to oversee an NGO committed to safeguarding children and adolescents facing social adversity. Prepare to be inspired by her tale of triumph and benevolence!

In April 1987, my partner Sérgio and I established Versátil Andaimes (Versátil Scaffolding), a company in the metallurgical and mechanical sector that currently excels as a leader in Paraná and Santa Catarina States in the construction equipment rental industry.

In 2002, I was a highlighted participant at Empretec, the primary entrepreneurial training program globally, an intensive workshop established by the United Nations (UN), implemented in 40 countries, and exclusive to Sebrae in Brazil.

In 2010, propelled by the mission of "Doing Good," the Beija-Flor Institute thrived as a non-profit organization in Colombo, PR. Situated in the metropolitan area of Curitiba, in a city characterized by social and economic disparities, IBF emerged as a symbol of hope, addressing inequality and providing life-changing chances for young people.

Food will be provided.
