Title: “What Editors Want: How to Write and Peer Review Papers.”

All Illinois researchers are invited to attend a lecture and reception with Dr. Annette Fenner, Chief Editor of Nature Reviews Urology, on Tuesday, May 2, at 3 p.m. Attendees will have an opportunity to connect and learn first-hand how to write and position their research to maximize the chances of having it published.

Writing and peer reviewing for journals are skills that take practice, but knowing what journal editors want can give you a head start! In this talk, Dr. Fenner will discuss what editors look for in primary papers and reviews and will offer tips on how to be a better writer and reviewer.

Please join us for a networking reception immediately following the lecture in Beckman Room 1005.

Please register by April 25.
