- The eighth moment of Dirichlet L-functionsIn this talk, I will talk on an overview of moments L-functions. Then I will discuss my recent joint work with Xiannan Li, Kaisa Matomaki and Maksym Radziwill on an asymptotic formula of the eighth moment of Dirichlet L-functions averaged over primitive characters mod q, over all moduli q ≤ Q and with a short average on the critical line. Previously the same result was shown conditionally on the Generalized Riemann Hypothesis by Chandee and Li.
