Session No. 1 of the spring Inclusive Lab Leaders workshops, "Leading an Inclusive, Productive Lab," will provide workshop attendees with the language, awareness, and understanding to create a culture of inclusion in their labs or research groups. We will do values-engaged exercises to help workshop members create brave spaces in their labs for innovation and productivity. Professors Kate Clancy and Ripan Malhi will facilitate.
