The Office of Civic Life's Democracy Summit kicks off with " An Evening with Jill Wine-Banks". Jill will address the evolution of facts and "alternative facts" in our democracy.
Jill Wine-Banks, a distinguished attorney and MSNBC Legal Analyst and author of the Watergate Girl, is a prominent figure in political and legal discourse. Jill's influence extends beyond traditional news analysis. She co-hosts two top-rated podcasts: #SistersinLaw and iGenPolitics, where she offers insights into governance, corruption, and cultural dynamics.
Jill Wine-Banks has a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in New York City.
