Rodríguez Gómez will discuss the images used by biologists Humberto Maturana and Francisco Varela in their publications, including sketches, simulations, visual metaphors, technical images, data visualizations and even doodles used by Maturana and Varela to think and to communicate their theories on autopoiesis, natural drift, structural coupling, emergence, and enactivism.
