The Illinois Quantum Information Science and Technology Center (IQUIST) is hosting World Quantum Day Celebration on April 12th from 10am - 1pm at the Electrical Computer and Engineering Building. This event will feature the Saturday Engineering for Everyone Lecture by Author Nicole Yunger Halpern, Quantum Steampunk: The Physics of Yesterday's Tomorrow. This event will also include hands-on demos, free access to UIUC Lab Escape, and Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream. This is a free event open to the community. Please join us as we embark on a Quantum Steampunk themed World Quantum Day event.
