The IASL invites all to join Professor Doris Jones at the American University in Cairo for her presentation "Putting on the White Gloves: Real Objects--Real Archives." The presentation will focus on her institution's Cartoon Collection, which was created by Ahmed Toughan (1929—2014), a political cartoonist, illustrator, and painter, as well as how these artifacts provide valuable archival literacy experiences for undergraduate students.
