About the film: The Good Boss is a comedy-drama that reflects on toxic and paternalistic corporate mindsets. Julio Blanco (Javier Bardem) is the charismatic and manipulative CEO of a small family-run factory of industrial scales in rural Spain. Having been nominated to win a business award, Julio will do anything to ensure his current and former employees do not prevent him from winning the award.This event is free and open to the public.
