It's that time of year when stress levels begin to rise with the semester coming to a close, finals taking place and many heading back to home. Keeping yourself calm and relaxed during these times can help you manage them more effectively. Today we have two Illinois student athletes, Dani Davis from Illinois Softball and Noor Abdellatif from Women's Track and Field who share how they remain calm in moments of intensity. They will also guide listeners through a deep breathing and guided imagery exercise. Take some time to rest, relax and reboot.
